Ingredients
200 gr white sticky rice flour
100 grams of grated coconut
1/2 teaspoon salt
125 ml of coconut milk (adjust)
🌸 wrapping material 🌸
50 grams of sugar
50 grams of brown sugar
120 ml of water

Step
Mix flour glutinous rice, grated coconut and salt. Pour the coconut milk bit by bit until the dough can be formed.
The shape of rounded dough is oval. Do it through.
Heat oil, fry a small sticky rice till to yellowish on either side, lift & drain. (Up to this step may be eaten qo, it feels rich ulen 😍).
Make a dressing material: boil all ingredients until thickened & foaming a lot.
Enter the sticky rice, stir until it's all sugar wrapped. Turn off the stove.
Continue stirring until the sugar is hardened (no more liquid). Lift one piece at a time into the serving dish.

Great post and thanks for sharing. If I had to pick, I'd pair this with a Vienna lager. The two would be delicious together
