I was thinking the same thing and have been amazed by this since joining Steemit and realizing how young it is and how much more upside is left on the user growth end. Great comment and awesome post overall! Upvote
I agree @ebothgrateful @rkreddy nailed it with his comment and the data from @stephenkendal blog post is very encouraging.
The 1 st million is always the hardest. Once the network affect begins to take hold and the exponential growth starts to kick in the milestone of 2 million and future milestones will be much easier and faster to obtain.
I pitty the fools that were early believers and investors (mentally and financially) in this platform when what you just described above happens! ;-)
