RE: 🐓🐖🐂 I "survived" a week (and a half) without meat and this is what I learned...🌾
Also I agree with what you say, but I've learnt how to respect people that want to be vegan for ethical reasons, it's possible to have a balanced diet if adding vitamins, it's obviously very hype right now but some people are just true animal lovers and I respect that.
The diet that you are referring to seem to be keto diet, based on lots of meat, poultry, low carbs, and benefited lots of athletes and fighter, raising their testosterone drastically.
It's not advised to force you core belief system on your children so even a small experiment like this one we are being so careful with the kids, I would never prevent them to eat whatever healthy food they feel for, and avoid all the essential minerals. Calcium for them for example is easily ingested with daily milk intake.
I've noticed that by eating better, good vegetables, homegrown, free range eggs, good meat and quality fat, the weight gain during pregnancy this time is much healthier, and but again my wife is probably more qualified to talk about it as I am not pregnant
Thanks brother things will get better, I just wanna gig and soon I will have more chances to do so once we go to Europe.

You are right bro, And your words are informative, I like that you are realistic and researching about things. I also have to add meat price is also went higher in Iran, specially in this year.
