IMPORTANCE OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

Hello friends of steemit, today I'm going to talk a little about physical activity. 

 Exercising is the most effective way to take care of our health and improve our physical condition. But surely you already know that; However, it is difficult for us to establish a routine because time does not reach us, because we live "a thousand", because we have more urgent things to solve.

This scientifically confirmed, that it is not necessary to sweat until the last drop in the gym or run a marathon of 40 kilometers to benefit from physical activity, the best exercise is what we enjoy or what we do, "even dance", as in my case. You can start with small changes in the home or office, such as talking on the phone standing up instead of lying down in an armchair. Accompanied by good hydration and diet, prudence and perseverance, physical activity is the best therapeutic resource.

  •  Prevents coronary heart disease, the main cause of mortality. 
  • It helps prevent, control and treat high blood pressure.
  •  Prevents diabetes. 
  • It controls osteoporosis. 
  • Prevents obesity It helps fight depression and anxiety.
  •  It acts in the prevention of lumbar injuries.
  •  It helps to prevent the incidence of strokes.
  •  It decreases the incidence of certain types of cancer. 
  • Improves night rest and sleep.

                                                   Create a plan tailored to your needs 

 
If you are not used to complying with an exercise plan, you can start by adding a little more movement to everyday life:  

  • In the morning, get up 15 minutes early and spend a few moments stretching your muscles. 
  • Use the stairs instead of the elevator, even if you stop the elevator one floor before your destination. Walk for 10 minutes three times a day.
  •  If you take public transport do it at a more distant stop or get off in a few blocks before your destination. 
  • Listen to lively music and dance!

When you have overcome sedentary habits, you can increase your activity and encourage you to practice some sport or go to the gym.  

Remember that it is important to drink water, before, during and after a physical activity, to have a good hydration.
