There is no difference in sexual organs which is completely inside a female uterus/ovary problem a female cannot give birth to a child.

Because after having sex, the sperm of the boys goes through the uterus to the ovaries of the girls and there the work of having a baby is completed.

If there is a problem on that road then there is a problem.
