#TheInternational6 Steemit Official's TI6 thread

in #steemit8 years ago

Alright,

The International 6 is just 48hours away !!! As I fan myself , it’s a good time to shout out for TI6 and create this steemit’s officially TI6 thread

I will keep updating along the way with news, mostly opinions and discussions between fans on steemit community.

1. Who do you think most likely to win ?

OG. The team has been very stable compare to others. No members switching and the chemistry within the team keeps building up. Apparently, each member of OG is arguably the current world best in each role. Last point to note is that though most member participated in TI before but this whole squad make the first entrance this time in TI6. And I can’t wait for shit to blow up.

2. Who are you rooting for ?

I am an EG fan. Been liking fear since the last vid about him in the last TI, being a veteran but getting no where. I felt for the man and start rooting for him since. Though he did not make it big soon later, the commitment pays off when Sumail brought the light so shine the old man a**

The roster have changed forth and back and forth and back. But again, I am rooting for my old man, coming back carrying those fragile hearts and get a back to back TI champ

To all the fan and non-fan , I shout out to EG !!! EG for the win

3. Which Hero you are waitng/thinking to make it big on screen?

Terrorblade, the machine gun, my favourite since dota 1.

Oh yeah, let me farm and I hit the shit out of you. HIT HIT HIT, shit blow up … BIG TIME

4. New star arised from TI6?

I don’t think there will be any star emerging from this TI. For me this TI is meant for those “new/young” but BIG player to prove themselves. This meant for Miracle/SumaiL to dominate the world.

This TI is also for those veteran like Navi, Allience, Team Secret and EG to show the world that whatever you do “class stay forever”

5. Any Supprise ? Expect the unexpected ?

I really hope that the player from SEA can make significant impact during this TI.

Every professional gamer struggles to fight for the dream, fight for acceptant from their families and communities. But just so you know that I believe SEA players struggle more relatively, we raise from poor conditions where we suppose to work to earn money, not playing games. I hope Pinoys can put on a huge show and give us a shout at the TI6.

On the other hand, I rationally think the Miracle is going to shock us by how dominating he is.

So my friends, what are your opinion ?

And by the way, I am doing this as fan service. If there is any SBD made from this post, every $100 equivalent from SBD will be transferred to random commenters.  This is what I think of right now, if you have any other ideas about how to give out the money made, comment here too. Still count as commenters though

I'm more of CS:GO fan.
Don't know a whole lot about DOTA2. can you tell me doe's NA control the scene or the Asian scene considered better?

@ooak I played CS too, like 15 years ago Counter Strike. was a lot into that game. at that age, the only game we played was CS and Starscraft :)) but then when other shooting games got released, i tried to play but those can never outweight CS

Dota2 is different from LOL, though the basic strat/gameplays of these 2 games are very much the same. they are like Marvel vs DC. but for me dota2 is way better and appearantly it has the biggest prize pool, equal the rest of esports all combined together

Asian scene is way behind in many terms, we are not that professionally organized, except for China and Korea. but i do hope that players from Vietnam, Fillipine, HongKong and Malay can make it big too

I'm a big fan of Starcraft as well.
if you love MOBA and RTS games you might want to follow project "Atlas" by artillery.com
They are in closed beta so no open data right now but I can tell you it's going to be 3v3 MOBA style game but with some mechanics from RTS. Day9 is involved with it.

I'm more into watching games nowadays. my day gets a lot of down time and also i stare at screens mostly every day, my eyes can't play games anymore at home
