Calling All D Tube Developers!!!

in #steemit7 years ago

Greetings my Steemit Overlords! I reach out to you today with grave concerns about the first and most important amendment of the constitution of the United States of America, freedom of speech. History has shown that the conception of tyranny has always begun with the elimination of opposition, resulting in single party governments and the muting of free expression.

Now, I'm not saying that there's anything wrong with this vision. Being polite, open minded, and accepting are absolutely the keys to world peace. Unfortunately, those who are in control of the mainstream media today genuinely have little to no interest in the causes themselves, but rather have been exploiting them for their own personal agenda.

I'm sure you are all aware of the false censorship that has been going on across all major social media platforms. Facebook has become a ghost town of fake news while Twitter and YouTube have been removing any and every user with political views that don't align with theirs. This media purge began earlier this week and is ongoing. Content creators such as Jordan Scythe, Tracy Beanz, and Blackstone Intelligence have had their videos wrongfully demonetized, restricted, and some have even had their entire channel deleted.

I too am a developer myself, but more on the big data side of things. I know first hand how difficult it is to develop anything. However, I and many other truthers / content creators would like to ask you to please roll up your sleeves and make sacrifices to really push the development of this platform as aggressively as possible. There are thousands of content creating refugees who desperately need a new home and are strongly looking towards the blockchain for hospitality.

I know you all have lives to live, children to raise, and MMORPG Raids to participate in, but now is the time where We The People need you the most. Please make sacrifices to really haul arse on your development. Opt out of Raids, bring your kids to work, or even work from home after hours, but please make your best effort to make this happen before it's too late. If you all can make this happen, I can assure you that we will make you all billionaires. You know, we know, and YouTube knows that we content creators are more than capable of this. Let's not forget that Time Magazine named us content creators the 2006 People of The Year, NOT YouTube.

I stress urgency because many of these creators do this for a living and the last thing we want is for them to have to drop their cameras and take on a nine-to-fiver to feed their children, putting them back into the rat race that will consume the precious time they will need to create unique and interesting content for the D Tube. Thanks for reading.
