Abused by @abusereports
Right. Opinions are dangerous, you knew that? And In Steemit opinions are to be hushed.
I have lately expressed clearly my opinion on the social experiment called Steemit. Yes, I refuse to call it a platform, it's too noble of a term. The experiment is about to fail due to good old greed.
Enter @transparencybot
I like the idea of that bot. Simple and informative for both those who use bidbots and those who don't
And all is good then? Nope.
I have for almost 24 hours now upvoted the poor bot that is constantly flagged. This time not by fyrstikken, but by Bernie sanders.
The retaliation is evident:
Yes, that is my account taking 11 flags in a row.
Tired
Exhausted vote power is the immediate result. Longer term, I think spending time on a broken system is not a priority.
The bloodletting of "steemians" can continue without my participation if the fucking system can't be mended.
Because there won't be any left with the fucking mafia running the show. Decentralized my ass! It almost as centrally powered as North Korea.
Forget your wet dreams
Steemit is going nowhere except south with the abuse of power at play and feeding the abusers.
Invisible @ned can promise invisible smt tokens so and so long, the token I'm interested in is heading for sub 50 cent. I have seen countless of my peers powering down and moving on. Which is a shame, some of them were really cool.
I had not planned on moving on so soon. But the flag abusing bot might change my mind. So does witnesses that resort to mafia tactics.
It's a shame. I have got to learn more about my favorite steemers @erikaflynn, @dana-varahi, @riskdebonair, @abh12345 and plenty more. It's not your fault. It's the fucking greedy bastards that run the shitshow.
Very beneficial information @funkit
Thank you for this valuable post/blog
What was the opinion about if i may ask? If it wasn't hatred speech or other things to incite to something negative i think then the flags might be wrongful. I don't know the context though to express an objective opinion. Maybe @anthonyadavisii can you help with an outcome, or some info or if the case, with a flag removal?
No, I am normally composed and do not engage in hatred speech. It is pure retaliation. Also see commen from @transparencybot here. It's hidden due to flagging.

Informative post dear
Very informative post dear
You got 11 flags for supporting a spammer? I got 10 from transparancy bot for warning people about an exchange hack.
You support a spammer who is abusing the system. I've never had a downvote in my life until that. I am not on any blacklists. My post was worth ten dollars. Yeah he's really going after reward pool rape, keep telling yourself that. You are my enemy now too for supporting him
Thank you for the heartfelt post. I feel your pain, believe me.
That is what keeps me going, just trying to get the word out, so someone with a little power will finally say enough is enough!
Knowing this platform is being sucked dry by parasitic bidbots and even worse, tyrants and bullies that force their will upon everyone by mafia style tactics that should utterly disgust every sane person out there, there must be change coming, yet it is depressing that each day this ugly truth is just ignored ...
Luckily there are some witnesses like @lukestokes that are willing to look honestly at this issue, but we truly need others. Please take a look:
@gtg, @jesta, @timcliff, @roelandp, @curie, @beanz -- Look what happens when someone just raises their opinion against these tyrants!
All those using @burnpost could be working to cure this ill much more directly.
Is this all that is left for Steemit?

@transparencybot you're on the @abusereports naughty list for being a super douche!
Bad Steemian! Bad!
Luke is a sweet talker in my view. He means well and all that, but don't realise not everybody is like him. Similar to Tim who I also don't like.
Other than that I have voted for many of the witnesses you mention.
To me it seems beyond repair to be honest. And selfish, sedate "steemians" seem to be ok with it. Indoctrinated that this is how it works.
Do you have any proactive, productive suggestion to bring to the table?
The distribution problem may be beyond repair. I'm not sure. Maybe SMTs and their Oracles will bring some competition. Maybe EOS will bring competition. I don't know. I do know that throwing our hands up in the air and saying, "Welp, it's hopelessly broke" will never get it fixed unless we first recognize what is broken and then follow it up with what we thing a good fix is. I've asked @berniesanders to define spam in witness-social steem chat and he hasn't replied yet. I think @transparencybot is an interesting service that I, personally, would like to support as I don't think bit bots fit with the intent of "proof of brain," and I personally think there's value in knowing which posts were organically voted for and which posts were bitbotted up by the author of the post.
If @transparencybot is spamming and not providing value, I'll remove my delegation for it. If on the other hand it does provide value, I'll keep it and ask those who disagree to explain why.
Luke,
Thanks for the reply. I truly believe one if not the most significant problems on this website is uncontrolled bullying by a few very large stake holders. The retention rate is dismal, all but the most hardened souls or perhaps completely oblivious can or do stay. And of course those that find a angle to profit are likely to the last to leave, fighting it out for the last piece of ...
Nothing wrong with profit, except when it is at the full expense of others.
Proof of brain is failing because:
If a few larger players do not come together soon and address these issues, Steem will go back to its .09 where it started its huge run up. Huge investments will be lost.
What can be done.
Don't sit by and allow obvious bullying and nefarious collisions to remain. Get a pack and do some down voting or up vote those who get downvoted for simply raising an opinion or questing the ugly truths.
In other words, get a "Council" formed that works to inject a little fairness back into the system. A block of even 10 larger stake holders could make a power difference that would certainly catch on to grow to hundreds. Voting could be put in place of some sort, based on 1 vote one (real account).
There are many solutions, it is not to late, but it really is time to start.

Bad Steemian! Bad!
Quite frankly -no. I just thought openness was a real good idea. What lies in the cards regarding software upgrades and such is a wait and see game. I could not tell since I don't read a line of code.
What you do is your choice, Luke. It always is. For my part I will continue to support what I believe is a constructive and informative initiative. Naturally I can't change the world, at least I died trying.
Ah, and what if choice is an illusion? Heheh.
I know for a fact that it isn't. Not on a personal level at least. When meandering into government and justice system it gets narrower. But personally I have chosen to live when I could easily have died. I did that from experience, intuition and determination. That's no illusion. And hardly a matter of turning on and off switches. More like how much on and how much off. Something that doesn't exist in the binary world view. Which is much to simplistic.
Well, well. Slightly off topic. To my surprise my computer copes with me with the occasional kernel panic. Whatever that is. Something on-off.
