The Invisible Forces of Steem - @lukestokes @blocktrades @timcliff @elear @teamsteem @ned , developers - An Autonomous Decentralized Marketing Department of Steemit and Steem was born - (The Promo-Steem project + the @steem-ambassador Guild)

Hi @lukestokes , @blocktrades , @timcliff , @elear , @teamsteem , @ned , steem blockchain developers, and the Steemit Community,

First of all to give a massive appreciation for being brilliant visionaries (@lukestokes , @blocktrades , @timcliff , @elear , @teamsteem , @ned) that after @dan and @stan, you believed about the power of the Steem Blockchain almost before nobody else, and of course together with a lot of other early adopters.

With this communication I want to make the Steemnit community know, that thanks to you, and the brilliant vision of @dan , the Steem blockchain has permited the creation of what we can call the first Autonomous Decentralized Marketing Department of Steemit and the world!
[You have the knowledge and experience to tell us exactly how we can call it. The good thing is that this project started running several months ago, without a website, or unified guild]

First I want to show you briefly my personal thoughts of several important solutions that came for the Steem Blockchain before the Decentralized Marketing Department, and finaly describe and present a short 10 minutes video that explains about the decentralized marketing department.

1.The Communication Solutions for the Community by @timcliff

On the early steps there was a special force needed. This force was the need to find solutions that many early adopters on the platform were talking about. And not only finding solutions, but getting the right people to contact the persons that could solve that solutions. And in addition to that, the communication of initiatives, ideas, suggestions was a big need. This is when @timcliff arrived and all his experience, knowledge, motivation, efforts came to the community to take care of this fuction, that was a very important need for the growth of the community. @timcliff is the voice of the community, the big communicator between the community and developers, between the community and Steemit Inc. !

2.The Financial Solutions for the Steem Blockchain and Steemit by @blocktrades

The same as in the early steps of the Steem Blockchain, a need for converting, selling, buying steem started to arise, and that was when the brilliant @blocktrades and his vision came into life. @blocktrades you are those tech persons one of a king, and probably not found in 1 of 10 million people in the world, and I am sure the Steem Blockchain will remember all who have done always. You have solved a lot of the financial flows that the blockchain needed from the beginning, and you are continuosly improving to be the solution the blockchain needs now and in the future!

3.The Education for easier Understanding of Blockchain Technology and Crypto by @lukestokes

When the community continued its growth, now there were not only tech and devs on it, but people within other industries different from coding, programing. It was a bit difficult for this people to understand the technology, the blockchain, Steem, Sbd, and everything involved, and how everything worked. This is when a higly experienced programmer, the very known @lukestokes started to translate and explain complicated things of how the blockchain and things on Steemit works, so that everyone is able to understand it. He educates people to understand blockchain things in simple words, and this is a very important support in a community, to help retain users, as well as many other things he is continuously doing to make Steemit a better place everyday. Within many activities and efforts for the Steem Blockchain by educating people about the blockchain and the crypto world, @lukestokes is acting partly as the autonomous customer service coordinator! So this is something that has also been solved in this Steemit living organism.

4.The Vision, Mission, Values of the Steem Blockchain and Steemit by @teamsteem

There is also something so important in a community to grow, which is sharing vision, values, missions. And this was a very important need on the Steem Community, and this is were @teamsteem was able to do, and in a great way! Actually he is a Steem-Ambassador in each and every of his posts, and he transmits the brilliant vision of @dan to all the Steemit community, which in a few words is Freedom for us "people", empowering people in every parts of the world, giving the power and control back to them.

5.The Power of the Steem Blockchain to create New Markets, @utopian-io by @elear

A bit later when the Steem Blockchain has evolved as we see it know, the need to show the Steem Community and the world about the power of the Steem Blockchain and many of the things it can achieve, is when @elear came with his disruptive development of @utopian-io , a disruptive way to fund opensource projects. And this project was able to launch even before the launch of SMTs showing the world that Steem has the power to create new markets, new economies. A new market in the blockchain was born with @utopian-io ! Can we also call @utopian-io an autonomous research and development department of the Steem Blockchain?

6.On 2018, The Autonomous Decentralized Marketing Department was born, from the #promo-steem project.@steem-ambassador (unified account of #promo-steem project) by @starkerz @stephenkendal and @anarcotech

Last week, after several months of huge efforts and individual actions of its creators, is that the first autonomous decentralized marketing department was born. This is the #promo-steem project, with its own website in beta launch with an excellent business plan to expand the efforts all around the world. The site is: www.promo-steem.com and it will give all the tools needed to promote Steemit in any part of the world, as well as valuable resources for people to learn about Steemit and the Steem Blockchain. As it can be read on the website: "The promo-steem team of Ambassadors rewards and support the worldwide network of voluntaryists who are actively promoting and growing Steem and the Steemit platform."

1- Initial Funding : Funding the start of Steem and Steemit marketing/promotions by giving microloans to people that do not have resources to start and print the needed material. 3- Showing Ways for faster Onboarding : Helping on the onboarding of new users in different signup ways available on the website. An important thing being discussed on the last panel held by @aggroed a few days ago with some of the 20 top witnesses. https://promo-steem.com/onboard/

4- Making Promotional Material Easy Available : Helping the called steem-ambassadors around the world have the needed steem promotional material to print: https://promo-steem.com/artwork/

5- Resoruces for Learning : Providing resources for promoters (steem ambassadors) and for new users to learn about Steemit and Steem, and thus help them understand how they can make their way on the platform, and add value to the community. https://promo-steem.com/newbies/

6- Manual/Human Curation : Manualy curating blog posts from the #promo-steem tag that are really quality helping on the promotion of steemit and steem around the world. Once the Guild (@steem-ambassador) gets a bit more of SP delegations, this account will work similar to the @utopian-io bot, in the way that once the quality #promo-steem posts are manualy curated, the bot will give a percentage of upvote based on the manual and human upvotes given to a certain post. https://promo-steem.com/guild/
