Everyone is Talking About Whales, Dolphins and Minnows

Minnows
Minnows have very little influence on the platform, as their votes are not worth very much
Dolphins
Dolphins don't have as much SP as whales but they have enough to make a difference when they vote.
Whales
Whales have the biggest influence on posts. Their votes have a big effect on which posts get attention and which posts make the most money.
Most of us dream to become a Whale but most of the time we ignore it takes hard work to be successful on steemit. The problem is that we already feel like we are working too hard, but for many of us, it seems like we aren’t getting anywhere. Do you ever check since when the whales start posting contents?
It is really not hard to realise that Steemit will be the future of social media, In my opinion, "Steem Power" is the best investment you ever made. Don't forget Warren Buffett became wealthy by slowly investing in good projects.
If you really serious about becoming a whale, you need to start investing in your "STEEM POWER" Good Luck.

I'm excited for the hardfork, but I'm extremely interested to see exactly how this will react. I love that it's putting more incentive into investing into #STEEM power.
I am one of the minnows. Before the HF 19 has been launched, I feel like I got even no influence power at all, my vote didn't even make the "number" has a single change at all (less than 0.01). Afterwards, I can see the number movement aftsr I voted! Despite my influence is still very limited, but the HF19 did really change and motivate me a lot. Thereby I would consider investing in Steem Power in order to increase my influence here! My first little goal: hoping my vote would worth $0.1 in a month !:)

All of the profit generated from the user generated content of Facebook is sent straight to Zuckerberg and the shareholders. Meanwhile, FB thinks they can censor what we want to see and believe? It's time to replace the face of social media! Full STEEM ahead!

I have to completely agree with you @goodaytraders ! That's exactly how I think about the recent HF19 and the new boost in voting power. I've been going nuts on the platform today, only to power up my account 7 days from now.
I really find all the effort that people like you put into the community to be quite an awesome thing. You have my full support, keep it up!

I agree totally with you.Steem power is a long term investment that will see even minnows like me, a week old lol, income growing steadily over time.
@goodaytraders you mentioned that Steem Power affects vote weight and that we should invest in Steem Power. Can you expound on why we should convert our Steem to Steem Power, when vote weight primarily affects the author?
