I agree about the interface for sure... but i hesitate to be overly critical because I have zero skill in that realm. I think that is something that hasn't been paid as much attention to as it should.

Sorry to hear about your mom, that's always tragic... of course.

    Thanks @gooddream. I know what you mean about the interface. Though I don't really intend my comments to be critical - I'm just pointing to an area that could be hindering the "onboarding of the masses".
