Crab Mentality???
This metaphor is referred to us a bucket of crabs. Some people use it to refer to someone who keeps on dragging them down. In other words it is a way of thinking best described by the phrase, "if I can't have it, neither can you". Well we can find this type of people all over the world. Some people are just that bad that they can't stand looking at others who are successful.
