It may be true that we could use more incentives for steem power, but I think it has to be come from the platform being a blast to use and a widely adopted success, rather than direct economic incentives such as high interest or an exponential voting curve
I think a high quality platform is the best incentive for users to keep steem power, and attempting to entice them via bribes will ultimately fail. And a higher quality platform is only possible if Steemit are more incentivized to deliver
