The Best Dessert I Have Ever Tasted

Because of the very healthy sugar addiction that I had all of my life, there are many desserts that I would consider the best and will share them with you today.

Baklava

I ate different Baklavas from different countries, but the Turkish Baklava is my favorite. Tender, sweet and delicious. I ate a lot of it in the past, but now I try to avoid very sweet dessert and sugar. It is a rich, sweet pastry made of layers of filo pastry filled with chopped nuts and sweetened with syrup.

Chocolate Mousse

I love everything made our of cacao. Chocolate cakes, chocolate ice creams, Biscuits etc. When I look at a dessert menu, I gravitate to anything with chocolate in it before looking at anything else. Chocolate Mousse was my favorite dessert that I used to order every time I go to a restaurant. It is light and fluffy.

Cherry Streusel Cake

I had different Streusel Cakes in Germany with different fruits. There is a magical touch in this cake which made it very unique.

IndianRasmalai

I tried this in India and was really addicted after the first time. I remember I was eating it for two weeks continuously. It is sweet and milky with some crashed almonds.

Tunisian Almond Balls

I love these little colorful marzipan balls and can eat many of them. They are made with almond dough and rosewater. I can eat them at anytime, because almond is always number one in my list :)

Fruit Tarts

I bet nobody can resist colorful delicious fruits, what makes this tart irresistible. I loved it since my childhood and still eating it. I find it one of the healthiest desserts, we can have.

Apple Pie

It is another dessert that I had many times in Germany with a lot of cream. I love anything made with apples or cherries and this was incredibly delicious :)
