Steemit app

Phones are the most important parts of everyday life. So when I first found out about steemit I searched for an app, and I was surprised by what I found. There are several apps that claim to be steemit or emulate it,
but all of them fall short in a few capacities.
They lack clean UIs with the websites features, and most have poor reviews, stating that the developer isn't working on the app or there are many bugs. I was wondering if there are plans for an app, or if any developer on steemit is working to create an app for this website?
