- Install this chrome extension: RSS Feed Reader
- Browse to: STEEM Ganymede - First Post
- Click on your new
RSS Feed Readericon in Chrome:
- Click on the
Add Feedbutton:
- Add the feed by clicking
+ Follow:
Now you'll get an indicator 
when a new user is ready for you to welcome to the platform.
What great idea! I'll give it a try even though I rarely use Chrome.
You can use any RSS reader, actually. Or just use the page itself.
