And this is why steemit will fail minnows get flagged so cannot grow and leave platform soon no one new joins and boom market crashes.

Yup that is why if the people in the market do not prevent abuse then the market will die. Would you buy pie if you knew it had poison in it or would you buy cake that doesn't? If the pie market is full of poison no one will buy it.
