It seems like everything is set up for the first week or so of an article's life which really discourages quality versus instant upvote bait.
Yea, the system only really rewards popcorn content. Longer form or more serious means are better off on a different platform.
Definitely noticing that which is a shame because it runs counter to the concept that the value created here is in the content.
Well here on steemit its very difficult, many know its become scammy.
