New users.

Often, every day, in fact, new people are coming to steemit and plankton are looking to earn their first little bits on their journey to a minnow and beyond!

Here's where my bot comes into play!

I'm using the postpromoter code that @yabapmatt posted on github, it works flawlessly!
I would suggest, if you can, make a donation to him, thanking him for providing the ability for others to his personal code, to help others!
You can also delegate power to the bot or donate STEEM/SBD, if you'd like to support this project!

The goal.

Now, the issue with a lot of new people is getting their first votes and drawing some attention to themselves.
Other bots are out there, of course.. but good luck bidding against others who can bid upwards of one whole STEEM and beyond.. It sucks up the value for those who have more money and gets less attention to those who bid less.

My bot aims to help them earn new users, and old alike, a little extra as well as get a bit more recognition by having their posts receive a slight boost in value.

I am keeping the MIN bid at 0.001 SBD/STEEM and the MAX bid at 0.004 SBD/STEEM to ensure that more people get a share of each bid and that the bids will remain profitable for more amounts of people.

I set these values to deter big bidders from sucking up the vote's power for themselves, simply for having more money than others.. This is wrong and I don't believe in that. I think these bots should be meant for everyone to get an EQUAL cut. That's why I set the maximum amount to something that even the most microscopic of plankton can afford. :)

Simply put, I want new users to GROW.

And for users looking to abuse, to be stone-walled/forced to receive an EQUAL share of a vote (as opposed to just bidding 1 whole STEEM/SBD (which a lot of new people can't/don't want to put up, up front..) and costing the plankton/minnow).

That, is my goal.

Obviously the vote value is not very much, currently, but it will be delegated respectable amounts of power, so that the votes will be profitable for more people. :)

I also intend to invest the earnings it makes from the bids back into the bot.
Meaning that by using my bot.. you're investing in YOURSELF as well, as your money will be going to a tool YOU can use to earn even more with in the future!

(I will be adjusting this as people begin to use to bot, to find the most efficient rate as far as voting rounds go and being able to vote more often with the same value.)

(I will be delegating more and more power to my bot over time. Once I see a user-base, I will delegate what is necessary to remain profitable beyond the average amount of users. :) )
