Africa Black Mamba

  • It's a know fact that snakes kill more people each year than lions or tigers do... The statistics keep increasing every year especially in Africa.

  • This is a bad stat and a scary one too. There's need for awareness!

  • These creeping assassins can cause you great pain when they sting you and their fangs also release venoms that can cause blindness too.

NOT ALL SNAKES ARE POISONOUS but the only way to test that is to get bitten first.. What a dangerous risk to take when you know you have just one life to live

Bad news

  • Snakes naturally live in the forest but unfortunately for us, they're gradually finding their way into our homes, farms, workshop etc

  • One major cause of this migration is excessive heat wave across the world and especially in Africa. Snakes now seek refuge in cooler places and are targeting your homes, cars, etc...

  • The extreme weather is making snakes agitated and dangerous. Be careful of your snake pets too..

SAFETY TIPS TO KEEP THESE EMISSARIES OF DEATH OFF

  1. Avoid leaving windows open for too long.

  2. Avoid leaving your front doors open for fresh air in the evenings. You won't hear or see them go inside your house. Sneaky creatures

  3. Check your bed and surrounding before you go to bed.

  4. Keep your house clean and neat. Snakes love dirty place and it provides a good cover for them.

  5. Clear bushes round your house. They attract rats and mice which are the favourite snacks for snakes.

  6. Buy snake repellent powder or chemicals and pour/spray it round your yard. You will definitely decrease the chances of a snake ever visiting your home.
