it is tied to the steem price. and if there is someone getting huge votes on their posts, it takes away $$ from all our posts.

there is onne thing you should think about. the more our payouts decline the better, it means that there is more and more people signning up and joinning steemit.

the steemprice is stable at 1.6 to 1,8 USD so I think atm we see -> HF 19 adjusting now, votingpower recharging of many useers, new userss joininng, so nothing to worry about !
