OneCoin suspected Ponzi Scheme
OneCoin suspected Ponzi scheme . Side FSMA ( Financial Services and Markets Authority) on July 8, 2016 release date notifications related to OneCoin . In the notification , it is mentioned that the FSMA warns to the public in Belgium to be careful and vigilant .
The warning was released in response to a posting Laurent Louis on facebook , the claims and stated that the FSMA no problems , fraud , or anything illegal against OneCoin .
Laurent Louis , wrote the statement , " n'avait rien à redire trouvé sur le OneCoin . pour la FSMA , le OneCoin ne pose aucun problème et n'est ni une arnaque nullement illegal , " he wrote . Translation in the Indonesian language , " Nothing to say about OneCoin . For FSMA , OneCoin not pose a problem , it is not illegal or no fraud. "
Associated with a unilateral claim that seemed to indicate FSMA has been recognized and the authorities , the FSMA states that it is false and misleading . Due to his claim, seemed to indicate that the activity will be determined and in accordance with the laws imposed by the FSMA . Though laws and rules are not applicable for this operation .
