Idea:Torrent Tracker based on STEEM and Ethereum

What if there was a tracker that paid the people who seeded torrents and added new ones on? Here is how it would work. (Btw, for those who don't know a tracker is, it's a directory of torrents)

Seeders-Seeders are the backbone of any torrent tracker. When someone downloads a torrent, seeders "give" the data to the computer that is downloading. By using smart contracts, seeders could be paid for the work they did. (Remember, this is fully anonymous.) 

Uploaders-Uploaders would be paid in the same way as Steem pays content creators. When someone downloads a torrent, that would be an upvote and the Uploader gets money.

Downloader- When someone downloads something, that download functions the same way as an upvote. The downloader would be paid the same way as curators are paid on Steem.

Using this method, a tracker can be created that is secure, anonymous, and beneficial to all parties.

Seeders get paid for their work so they seed more, uploaders get paid for their work so they upload more and upload better content, and downloaders get more torrents!
