Hope your mom gets well soon. I loved reading your post. To be honest I think your writing is of a great quality. I'm still new on the platform so I'm still learning about everything and there is so much to learn that sometimes I've found it difficult to know where to start. I think if they can organize the interface in a way that makes it user friendly that would help a great deal in terms of encouraging people to stay and I think it would be less overwhelming, especialy for noobs like myself. In the long run I believe the value of Steem will rise especialy next year with the BTC halving taking place.
