When the low quality posts that I'm allowing more time to be flagged actually get flagged the reward goes to higher quality content.

    I too am no big believer in punctuation, and do not know if it is part of grammar or not.
    I do feel like punctuation could make it more comprehensible.
    I can use it as a case study for myself.
    I might have comprehended your sentence this time.
