No matter the point of reference, some things never change. One constant that seems to define great branding and archetypal organizations from the rest lies in its ability to convey messages. What challenges many today is that these differences can be so minute or subtle that they often times go unsettled and unrecognized until all attention shifts onto the "next big thing." One thing that's for certain and remains true today is that if you ever want to make a true impact and generate real results in the process, you must be great at storytelling. Good is not enough. For any leaders out there, find people that have a pulse on the latest trends and hand over the torch. People who also perform best on the edge, the outer shell of social compulsion and convention. Innovation starts at the individual level where personalities and ideas exist freely on the fringe and must be thoughtfully established in your "corporate culture." This is true for all initiatives.

Organizations of today and tomorrow must continue to redefine their message and the medium used to convey that message while remaining true to their core values and long-term goals and aspirations. The way in which we consume information is changing faster than we can grasp it. All eyes and ears are shifting constantly and before you can get anyone to take some sort of action, you must first grab their attention. Attention is everything. Amidst all that, what holds everything together is our ability to communicate, which comes in many forms. The truth of the matter is you must give before you can ask and businesses fail for their lack of practicality and patience. No one likes being sold to, even if you have a great cause behind what you do. It's important that you continuously give value in places that matter on subjects that people care about. It all falls on the shoulders of the people. Forever.

Sincerely,
