Do we need to sticky certain tags or post?

I think certain blog or post should be sticky on top of the tag. I know people would say it's unfair for the other members who post similar things but it's exactly why i think there should be some sticky post to prevent people who posting the same stuff again and again. One tutorial on how to turn steem into cash is more than enough. Everyday i see multiple post teaching people how to turn steem dollars into cash in the bank. Maybe most of them don't even realize it because the search function is down.

Those helpful and most talk about post should be sticky in order for the newcomer to have a better understanding of what steemit is all about. I remember when i first joined in steemit and i was so clueless on what is happening. The only hot tags were steemit, steem, introduceyourself, life etc etc. There's no steemhelp at that moment. I don't even know where to start. Certain tags should always be on top of the list.. maybe tags like steemfornewbie and steemhelp with helpful post on what to do or how to do it. Sticky those post with easy to understand explanation. Steemit for dummies those sort of things. When i first joined in and i saw a lot of post about whales. I was thinking what's so special about whales? Why people are so interested in that animal? lol.. silly me. So i know how lost a person can be being in this new platform and how much easier for the newbies if there's some sticky tags or post to guide them.
