Hydrogen Peroxide 3%
Now this little bottle is all you need to whiten your teeth. Every day, morning and night after your normal brush with toothpaste, just dip your brush into the peroxide and brush some more. Stick with this for about a month and you will see results. If you find that it causes a reaction (gums turning lighter) dilute with some water.

Lavender Spray
I spray this on my pillow every night. The lavender aroma is relaxing and it helps me fall asleep faster. You can aslo use it as a room or car freshener. (available at a pharmacy, health store or supermarket)

Makeup removers

Pure Synergie 
Pure Synergie products are amazing. When puberty hits, so does acne. After trying at least 3 different antibiotics, prescription creams, the Pill and other products targeted at acne none of them worked apart from the Pill. Moisturizers
I find Natio's moisturizer is great for normal, dry or combination skin. It has a cooling sensation and is great for those winter months. Another plus is that it contains no narsty chemicals.
