How to make money on steemit while steem is falling !!
As most of you guys already know the price of steem is going down from last few days it is like the worst time to make money on posts but there are other ways in which you can still make enough money.
I will start with quite a few points.Lets get started with Curation.

Right now curation is like the best way in which you can earn reward
How it works!
On every post after the payout almost 25% of total reward goes for the curator.....
Curators are the ones who vote on the post and first few who votes on the post earn the maximum reward.....

Now another way to make money.....
Switching between SBD and Steem!
Well its not a nuclear science its just simple math
Well m pretty sure you people know generally value of SBD is in range of twice that of steem.......
But sometime due to changes in market the prices of steem and SBD come really close....But we can always say that the price will always go back to the original value or at least relative original value.
Now lets take a situation...!
lets assume at a certain point price of steem is 5$ and price of SBD is 7.5$ Now under some change in market both steem and SBD are around 5$ and at this specific point you convert 10Steem to SBD...
now after 5days value of SBD is back to 8$ and price of steem is still 5$
Now you convert your 10SBD back to steem and you will get about 16Steem back so you almost made 160% profit just by switching between steem and SBD
Well you can do same thing with your wallet in USD or any other currency if you know how to read the market.

@mvrr007 This is fantastic stuff I especially like the last thing about converting SBD back and forth to make profit, no one else is talking about this but it makes perfect sense and is super easy even for a newbie like me! I will definitely be checking out the curation tools as it looks great but I do have a question regarding curation rewards?
I on my first two weeks I upvoted lots of posts and commented and resteemed everytime, now I did get some payments for MY COMMENTS actually more than expected but I got ZERO for curation NOT ONE upvote got me any curation reward whatsoever? I followed advice about leaving it for at 30 minutes before upvote was this a mistake?
otherwise it looks like only curation rewards are benefiting people with high ratings and more steem power or am I wrong?
upvoting early brings curation rewards.....infact earlier votes get maximum curation reward but it also reduces the value of total reward pool if your vote is worth alot like 10$ andyou vote on first min only then almost 99% of your 10$ vote will go into author reward that is almost 9.9 for autor and 0.1 for curator but if overall earning of the post is now 100$ frm whic total 20$ is going into curation then as your vote was earliest you will receive maximum curation reward like you will receive almost 18-19steempower.......but if the post overall make only 12$ after your 10$ vote then total curation will be only 0.1-0.5$ and what you will receive will also be low
@mvrr007 thanks for the reply, so the earlier the better really depending its high payout one, right now my vote still only is $0.01 for 100% my rating 37 not sure if makes any difference! I know the more voting power you have the bigger % curation especially if im in early.
So using above example what would a rough estimate for me if the post got in total $100 with average amount of comments and uovotes? I know its not exact science and hard to predict but any chance of a minimum and maximum ballpark figure

well bro 30 min rule does not apply to curation reward it just changes the reward pool.....most of the curation reward consumed by first 10 upvoters according to timing of vote and your SP....whoever votes first get maximum reward and it also proportional to the SteemPower you have that is value of your vote so if your vote is not too strong you should vote as soon as possible coz you will at least get advantage of the vote number......let me go through my posts and find something important for you
There has been some nice leverage of steem vs sbd. But is it safe to go back to full sbd again :) ? who knows!
i suggest 50% of both so i can switch at will

Good tips. 2 points though.
I will get no curation rewards if I up-vote a post immediately.
I am assuming there will be a provision to up-vote after specific amount of time is lapsed.
Secondly, do you think SBD will go twice as Steem again. Many discussions are hinting it to go down to $1. Holding SBD is a risk right now IMHO.
bro SBD is a more stable currency than steem....so if you are taking risk better take it with somthing more reliable !and listen to no one when it comes to cryptocurrency read the market in your own way.....
