I am against any fundraising by steem based on promise. Flagged.

exactly and to be able to attract people to write content which is needed one needs to reward them and attracts them with bounties.

Totally agreed, first of all, Wiki pages are the easiest to set up, even I could have done it. Second of all, all steembacks are donated, but Dragonho gets to keep 50% which are the Steem Power. So it's a fundraiser for dragonho's wallet. 3rd, this will set a very bad precedent which may bring forth scamming.

I just looked through his profile, he's already earned well over 10,000 dollars. There is no reason the community should have to fund the development of his personal website.

Dear @noganoo please wait before you judge - it will be totally transparent and opensource .
