The main priority of this post is to buttress and shed light on the varieties of intelligence; according to my little quota.

Varieties of Intelligence
- Intelligent Quotient (IQ) This is the thing that encourages one to "know book", settle maths; remember things and review topics.

- Emotional Quotient (EQ) This is the thing that makes somebody to have the option to keep up harmony with others; keep to time; be capable; be straightforward; regard limits; be unassuming, certified and thoughtful.

- Social Quotient (SQ) This is the thing that makes individuals to have the option to assemble system of companions and keep up it over a significant lot of time.

Resolutions and Observations
Individuals that have higher EQ and SQ will in general go further in life than those with high level of Intelligence yet low EQ and SQ. Most schools underwrite in improving Intelligence level while EQ and SQ are played down.
A man of high level of Intelligence can wind up being utilized by a man of high EQ and SQ despite the fact that he has a normal level of Intelligence. Your EQ speaks to your character; your SQ speaks to your distinction. Yield to propensities that will improve these three yet more particularly your EQ and SQ. EQ and SQ improve one supervisor than the other.
Advice
Pls don't teach/intruct/educate children only to be IQ but also to be EQ and SQ.
To have a good living community, we should all strive to have all the three (3) qualities of Intelligence.

I think in modern society where its all about technology and brainpower we've glorified IQ and not looked at how other forms of intellegence play a role in pushing society forward. I think without that balance you start to lose your sort of spirit in a way like if Mark Zuck was a little more EQ and SQ I think Facebook wouldn't be the way it is today, but because his all about IQ its all about focusing on making the service better and extracting more value from users

I agree with your conclusion, but IQ, maybe is just a simplistic definition. IQ is more like a persons ability to conceptualize topics. It will flow throughout, if their focus is math they will have an easier time conceiving the abstract math equations, for an engineer it might be an easier time visualizing a 2d drawing as a 3d model...
But, like you noted, without the other forms of intelligence, a person might be able to conceive these things but without an ability to express them or to work with others, that skill gets lost.
One of the most book smart people I know is also one of the biggest idiots I know once you need to apply common sense or any sort of social interactions. Being able to apply more then book knowledge is required in life.
