Steemit questions and answers forum .

Hello everybody fellow steemian's I am new to the platform I have certain questions for platform and upvotings bots phenomenon on steemit,

Like say i had invested 7.28 steem to promote my own post in the next 24 hours i get 10.28 steem back on my post through bots promotions so steem has deducted around 1.48 steem from my account and gave me back that 1.48 steem back to me in form of steem power .So, in nutshell we are getting 20 percent less of our steem value and that 20 percent is blocked in the form of steem power for delegations and help others on the platform .So, in long run we are blocking our post promotion value of around 20 percent for a period of 13 months when someone wants his investment back but we can't get it back to us before we power down our steem power and that also will take 13 months time duration .

So my question to big whales and big earners on steemit is that that we are constantly paying for promotions just to increase our reputation and we are loosing that 20 percent as well in form steem power .

So mostly new comers thinks that big posts value and big post earners are making a lot of money out of single post but thats only speculations actual money they are not earning indeed they are investing that 500 dollars on a post to get back 550 or 540 dollars in return that too in form of steem power that they can't withdraw as well .

So what s the significance behind it and then how people claims to make big money on steemit even i know accounts who post very good content on steemit and no one upvotes them and they are investing their time too but not getting anything in return as well & many crap content are making big dollars on it .
