Liquid STEEM = current_supply - total_vesting_fund_steem
In other words: Liquid steem is the available steem that is not vested as Steem Power. The Steem supply minus all Steem Power.
on steemit and not taking into account exchanges right? Like my 3 steem sitting in my account thats not steem power is liquid steem then?
Yes, you have 3.087 liquid steem.
The amount of steem on the exchanges is also included. @poloniex has 26,664,594 liquid steem.
