No one has the same meaning about being happy.

The goal of human life and of our existence is to be happy. Thus the central purpose of human life is to be happy. This is mean to say that everything that we do is always directed and dedicated for our happiness. It is relevant to conclude that we want and desire for money, fame and success because we believe that these goods will bring us happiness. But in this article I will suggest that achieving is not enough for us to be truly become happy and we need something for us to fully achieve the purpose of our life.

Happiness can be defined in so many ways depending on how our goals are being set and achieving them is the fullness of our happiness. If we try to ask five persons with the same question about happiness they would probably answer differently. Their answers may vary on what would make them happy. Thus the concept of happiness is in a way particular to a particular person and universal in a way that what makes us happy is achieving our goals.
Happiness needs practice and experiencing both in pleasure and pain.

We can never know what is happiness if we never had an idea about being in pain and being unhappy. Happiness also needs practice and partaking the habit of making simple things a reason to be happy. Happiness does not come in an instant but happiness is like an empty book that we need to write until it has something inside.
Life does not only consist of happiness but also with pleasure and pain. But even though we have those factors that affects our happiness we should never be affected by them instead we should find some reason for us to turn them into a genuine reason of happiness. Achieving them needs practice and a sincere motivation to improve our reason of being happy. Practice of being happy needs to be in a daily basis and must be done accordingly through understanding happiness as of turning the negative things better.

Happiness is not all about pleasure but it is about the virtue of being happy

Happiness does not depend on how pleasurable our goal is but it is about the virtue that we devote in our goals. Happiness is not about how much money we have or on how successful we are but it is about how happy we are in achieving those success and money. The virtue of gratefulness on the things that made us happy is one of the most essential practice of being happy. The happiness brought by being grateful by what we have and the gratefulness of accepting that there are things that we cannot achieve. The virtue of being happy is being grateful of those things that we have and being happy in the little things that we have.
The happiness and enjoyment in pleasure is unessential and a false notion of happiness. Happiness is never about the pleasure it is about how contented and grateful we are in our achievement. Happiness is never in those matters but it is on finding the ultimate good in human life.

The happiness of finding the ultimate good in human life

Finding the ultimate good in human life is the goal of our existence and it is the reason why we are being placed in this world. We only have one life with us and on the moment that we die we do not have that certainty of where are we going. We only have one single life to enjoy and if we lose the opportunity to live we also loss the opportunity of achieving the ultimate goal of our life.
