Why I Love Steemit!

Today I want to talk about why I love Steemit and it's mainly because of the core system that is working in the background. There is currently no competitor that is like Steemit at the current moment. The closest competitor will probably be EOS since they may build a similar dapp on their system. And Dan Larimer is a genius.

What do I mainly mean with no competitor at the moment? Well I mean that you can send value to any other user in 3 seconds with no fees. This is so huge that it already massively outcompetes Banks. Since Banks takes fees from you they slowly eat up your profit. This is probably mainly how they make money. Little fees on every single action that you do that slowly eats you up.

That is also the same in how the Tax system is set against you. With many humans paying over 50% in Tax. Perhaps this made sense one time but not in the modern world. There is no reason they should be able to take that much value from a human. I would say max 5% but even that is high for me. I think taxes would do well at 1% fee. And it would promote massive growth in humans. To bring this back to why I love Steemit. No fees! This promotes free giving to as many as possible! Many do currently not take advantage of it.

Also what makes Steemit amazing is that you learn that if you are responsible then your asset the so called Steem Tokens will grow in value if you have powered them up into Steem Power. It learns you to become a saver and in real time be able to see the Steem Power grow since they give you more Steem to holders of Steem Power. If you become good at this then you will easily be able to master to hold and save money. Since it's the same way! You learn how to care for something that is scarce and rare.

Another big reason why I love Steemit is because of the super caring community and how they truly want to be something new since they are tired at slaving away for free on other services and online platforms. Sure other platforms has been given you value but now with the Steem Blockchain if you put in hard and smart work you get 10x more value in return if we take into consideration that the STEEM coin can grow in value. Surely it also can go down in value. But considering that it's scarce we will probably see a rise in value over time. Which makes it so every Steem you earn now can be worth so much more in the future.

I also love how they have a savings feature that protects your Steem and Steem Dollar asset in interesting ways. For me it sort of feels like you being your own Swiss Private Bank. Clearly we know that the US Dollar, the Euro and the British pound won't go up that much in future value since the Banks at the moment can print limitless new paper and digital value of that. More print and it will devalue your money. Yes more Steem is being created but not too much at the same time and it only goes out to people that is holding or have produced some real value.

Next reason is because of all the amazing developers and apps that is currently being created. DTube better than YouTube, DLive better than Twitch, DSound better than SoundCloud. All 3 using Steem Blockchain! Any apps on the normal web is now being ported to the Blockchain and you can earn lots of value here currently since it's very new and fresh. And we have many super active communities talking daily in Discord groups. And they are all very passionate about the Steem Blockchain.

Next reason is because of tags. Something that we are very used too since many of us have used Instagram a lot. Where you search for tags and can find unique content. Steemit works the same and this allows anyone to create interesting value and find like minded people. This will even be easier and better in the future since they are working on a community feature. Which will be awesome for people that currently is using Facebook groups. This will connect like minded people even faster and you will be able to set up various rules for a group to make it interesting and exciting.

Another cool feature is how they have take over the whole internet plans with something that they are calling Smart Media Tokens. It will allow Third Party websites to launch their own Token that trades with Steem. So every 3rd party website would need STEEM POWER to launch their own Token. Which would increase the value of Steem for everyone holding it.

You can say in this new world that we blur the lines between investors and consumers. Now everyone is becoming investors and speculators. It's less conflict of interest and more a win-win system. If you have a Win-win system then everyone can win much easier since one good thing happening on the Blockchain is in everyones best interest. You can say that we want to port all value from the world to the Blockchain.

Next thing I love with Steemit is with Blocktrades how it's super easy to exchange Steem Dollar or Steem into other Crypto! It's so easy and amazing especially if you don't want any complicated interface. There is no other service that is offering something like this as far as I know. Another thing that is cool is how I feel that the audience on the Steem Blockchain is becoming more diverse expanding beyond just daily cryptocurrency conversations. Mainly because of all the amazing developers that is thinking outside the box.

I told on Discord that have Steem and SBD upvote ability in chats would be some serious next level stuff. Since it currently doesn't exist. And Discord is the best chat app on desktop computers and Telegram best chat app on Android and iOS. But it will probably come in the future!

Different interfaces is my next favourite thing. How you can develop your own interface that can interact with the Blockchain. Eventually in the future we will all probably use unique interfaces to interact with the Blockchain. This will allow you more freedom to create a truly unique experience. You can probably in the future combine this with an augmented reality with Virtual Reality so you can have the Blockchain being displayed on any surface.

I also really hope that we will get an easy way to be able to output more value easier. With for example a keyboard that you can mount on your fingerprints so you can write while walking. Or have a mind reader that can work in the background in secret. Because these days people staring down into their phones is a major social issue and distraction for people. If we could solve this with perhaps smartphone contact lenses that you would put in your eyes then that would be amazing.

Even though Steemit only is 2 years old it's well ahead of the competition. The special culture that you can find on Steemit would be hard to re-create on another platform. I mainly invested real currency into Steemit since I saw that it gave me more value in return and saved me time. And time is money. So the more time I can save and do stuff faster the better.

It clearly seems like Steemit will open more peoples eyes up that abundance isn't just talk. It's something real that is coming to peoples life. @taskmaster4450 talks a lot about the future I highly recommend you to check out his stuff. He has made articles about 4D and 5D consciousness and also 3D printing and so much more.

One big thing also that he talks about is that Universal Basic Income will probably grow into a massive thing in peoples life in the future. It bascially means free money just for being a human on Earth. Which may seem unreal now but 100 years ago if you had a smartphone you would look like a weird guy too. People will have more free time over to pursue their own real life passions and interests. I really hope that people take advantage of that and not just become entitled.

Entitlement is something that is very easy to get. Even on Steemit. Because we humans always search for ways to spend the least amount of effort to get the most value in return. This is how we are wired. We want to trick the brain into giving more value than the DNA wants to give. Since the DNA mainly just cares about survival and not your deep passions and dreams. I think it will take at least another 2 years before Steemit grows mainstream. Things like this takes a long time. I hope you will spend lots of energy and do your best to increase the value of the Steem Blockchain. Because that is my goal with all of this!
