Ingredients
25 pieces
25 pieces of ready-made dumplings
250 gr shrimp, chopped
250 gr chicken, chopped
1 piece of bengkoang / squash, diced (I skip, ga got)
1 large carrot, diced
100 gr tapioca flour (brand sago tani)
1 piece of chicken egg
1 onion leek, thinly sliced
3 cloves of onion, puree
5 cloves of garlic, puree
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 carrot, smooth (for topping)
Step
Mix chicken, shrimp, carrots, bengkoang, and duo onion.
Add the flour, mix well.
Add remaining spices. If it is too soft, add a little tapioca.
Put the dumplings dumplings into the skin of dumplings of approximately 1 tbsp full.
Place in steamed buns molded bread.
Add topping carrots. Steam for 30 minutes in a steamy vat.
Taraa, have it. Cocol saos first, not yet sempet make sauce kacangnya😁

Oiya, if there is no dumpling skin, can use it too. Or dibuletin aja dumpling dough it then dialasin paper yg dioles oil yes
