Ingredients
15 servings
1 kg of lean beef
300 grams of ice cubes
100 grams of water
3-4 tbsp salt
5 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon Powdered broth (optional)
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
160 gr tapioca flour
1 tsp baking powder

Step
Add beef that has been cut into pieces with water, ice cubes & spices

Process until smooth using Food Processor KitchenAid. On Off about 1-2 minutes

Once smooth, put the tapioca flour & baking powder and process again until well blended

Once smooth & flat, round the meatball and put in a pot containing cold water

After selesei, simmer on a low heat until cooked

Meatballs are cooked. Chill and put in the freezer
