RE: Steemit Is Not Noah's Ark But Even For "Potential Success On Steemit" And In Life, You May Need To Be Present!!! "Present Yourselves Ever-Constantly".
You are just awesome @surpassinggoogle. Thanks for all your inspiration. What would i have done on steemit without your advice and motivation. You bring the best in me. I have learnt a few things from you and i have also done some study in God's word and they correspond.
God has given all of us gifts. Sometimes we call them talents. Nothing is small if God accepts it
When you serve the Lord with the ability He has given you, you bring glory to His name and blessing to his people.
Frankly speaking, this alone should be enough to prompt us to use our gifts.
The Holy Spirit moves us to walk in the will of God. Several of you may have witnessed an urge to start using the gifts and abilities God has given you more. Be it writing, encouraging, singing, witnessing, whatever it is. God gifts us all.
Since we have gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, each of us is to exercise them accordingly. Romans 12:6
Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God?s grace in its various forms. 1 Peter 4:10
Notice the bible talks about 'us exercising the gifts' or 'using them to serve others'.
Some things matter more than others. If you resist the urge that God is placing upon your heart to make full use of the gifts and calling He has given you; others will pay the price of not receiving that which you were given to bless them. Read 1 Peter 4:10 again.
Your refusal to use your God given gift will be questioned by God on the judgement day.
So then, each of us will give an account of himself to God. Romans 14:12
We all have our excuses for not doing the right thing at the right time. The lazier a man is, the more he plans to do tomorrow
The problem is, tomorrows never run out - until it is too late.
What are you doing with the gifts God has given you? Remember:
God will judge us not only for what we did, but also for what we could have done and didn?t
Some things matter more than others. Using your God given gifts matter. Thank you for backing your sayings and motivations with the scripture @surpassinggoogle. God bless you.
This words are deep and profound. As for me I want to be among those that will not waste his gift and use it to serve of humanity.
I really like your mindset, you are going to go places.
We shouldn't think that we’re useless in God’s eyes—because we're not! Even if you aren’t aware of it, God has given you at least one spiritual gift or ability—just as He has every other believer.
And God wants us to discover your gift and use it for His glory. No, yours may not rbe as public as someone else’s gift; not everyone (for example) is called to become a president or teacher. But that doesn’t mean your gift is any less important in God’s eyes—because it isn’t. Some people, for example, have a God-given gift for encouraging others, or being kind or merciful, or giving wise advice to those who need it. The Bible says we “do not all have the same function. … We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us” (Romans 12:4,6).
He gave us the privilege of being made in his image and likeness. This is a weighty sentence
You must look your facebook @surpassinggoogle
Can i keep this in a special place?@princesson
Awww. You can dear. Thanks
Keep for two
Hanhan! Issi your keeping? @surpassinggoogle 😂😂😂😂
patient
really, i understand 😁 patient patient
Even in the illustation of the talents by Jesus, the one who buried his talent lost favor. We can't pinpoint it as exactly wrong or condemn it and it is the easier route but i still prefer the harder route with all its hassle as to me, it is more testimonial
I still opined that sweat sweetens the success. But then, do you think that there is a middle ground here?
I have seen people who got victory on plata of GOLD!
Profound words right here.
James 4:17 outrightly aligns with your concluding lines where it says if you know to do good and probably refuse to do it, it's a sin. One of the vital lessons I have learnt on steemit so far is living for humanity which has been inspired by @surpassinggoogle severally. If only we all can swallow such mindset, using our gifts as listed above and finances in the way that improves the living of our neighbor. The man next to you who is less than you in status is probably there around you for you to be a lifter. We are stewards of all that we possess and a constant reminder just help reshape our habits and how we treat people around us. Thanks for this profound thoughts.
Really very huge point you are making here. Thank you dear. I believe we should Ask God to show us what gift He’s given us and lets discover it more. Then commit it (and your whole life) to it and seek to use it to help others. The Bible says, “Therefore encourage one another and build each other up” (1 Thessalonians 5:11).
tnx for upvote
@princesson nicely described, wonderful comment written and got a healthy reward from @surpassinggoole. That's our great plateform Steemit where everyone rewarded. good luck.
Hello @princesson
merry Xmas. Honestly, even as powerful as @surpassinggoogle's words of encouragement and spiritual uplift mentioned are, I found these few lines of yours equally empowering.
@surpassinggoogle is an incarnate of a genius, a pillar of many subcommunities whose contributions to the growth of steem blockchain is an encyclopedia on its own. I had dug deep into his blog to dig up some of earliest writings he authored when he was a nobody on steemit and found those ones as educative and inspiring as his present day writings.
With these words of yours that so as powerful as his, I will not be surprise if you become another 'surpassinggoogle' in the near future.
Thanking you for this biblically based teaching and motivation. They are so succinct and inspiring.
