Yes it will, I am here for 3 months and just now I start to see success coming. Others who joined earlier have earned 40,000$ / post. So the earlier you join Steemit the easier it is to become succesful.
the money is a side part for me. i'm quite interested in making some solid connections here too with people who want to converse you know. social media has just gotten to be a white noise playground.
That is good, I hope a chatbox feature will be added soon. This comment section is not that good for conversations.
