Steemit can become the next FB in a matter of years
We've seen other social media platforms that have come and gone. This is just part of human nature, we grow and develop into bigger and better things. Steemit is unique in many ways, I find it really special how it has its own rewarding system and how its just in its infancy. No other social media platform rewards its content creators as easily as Steemit does.
At first, I couldn't believe how easy people were writing and sharing their stories here and making hundreds of dollars for most of their posts. Now I find myself constantly posting different stories on a wide range of topics. Slowly been rewarded for my efforts.
We must stay positive and ambitious if we really want this to reach the level it can. Use Steemit everyday, post, tell everyone you know about it, etc... Do your part and remember that you have something big in your hands!
I hope the people behind this don't let it fall after all the work and effort they've already put in it. Let's help them by doing our part as well.

Spoken like a true leader. I agree 100%. We should all stay positive and help build this platform for the remarkable tool it is and will be. Slowly catch the monkey. Eating the elephant bit by bit. If we all do our part every day, success is the only outcome.

If I were the dev team, I would be planning Steemit to be something grander than Facebook. Facebook is and most probably will be for a very long time a fantastic social platform, just like Instagram, Twitter and all the rest are in their own rights. I believe if Steemit wants to be something bigger it needs to let all platforms integrate the technology into their platforms, doing this would allow Steemit to adapt in the long term.
