Ever wonderd why all the transgenders go to North Korea to change their body?
Well you won't need to anymore, according to statistics 85% of the transgenders community happen to have their surgery in North Korea although the high price.
As you all know, all Asians look 98.69% similar because of their DNA frequency and that is the secret to the success of North Korea in their sex change research.
I interviewed Dr. Alan Cheng the head researcher in Yongbyon, Northa Korea and he confirmed this theory after his escape from the country. "We had many ups and downs in this research including many peasents life losses, but in the end we succeeded in creating the ulitmate transgender"

Now for my opinion, this is extremely illegal and a horrible thing to do.

Umm....Really? Where did you get this information? I'm sorry but I'm gonna call total BS on this story. I'm pretty sure you will find that Thailand performs the most gender re-assignment surgery.
I assure you North Korea performs the best surgery they have no equal
