That is a much appreciated update. I hope it will make the service interesting again. It has been very disappointing recently. Compared to @booster and @bellyrub it is much easier to use @randowhale. So it is nice when the service is a win-win for everybody.

Glad to hear it. It's been tough to find a balance between price and voting power given all of the requests but hopefully this works out better for the users!

@randowhale definitely a good way to start helping minnows.

I am investor and will be here for a long time. Thank you for lowering the fees.
Follow me @Yehey
Thank you

I just tested it and upvoted all 17 of my recent posts and they ALL turned out profitable. It wasn't much and I had mostly low votes but I always received more than 0.625 in upvotes which would be the minimum threshold (0.5 + 25% for curators). So really nice done! I doubt it will stay like this for long but I appreciate it while it lasts. :D

This is the first time that I've ever used the @randowhale service. I'm amazed at how well it works! @flauwy, you sound like you write a lot! Both my two posts I up voted gave me a return of 200+ % (of 0.5). When I saw your comment, I was sure that I wanted to use it. I just wanted to say thanks for throwing down your knowledge from using services c:

With pleasure. It is fun to talk about this, to socialize and to get paid for it. That is what Steemit is all about, isn't it? :)

That's what it says on the package! The way that I see it, Steemit is more like an MMO game. We have writers, bots, bilinguals, people teaching skills, and people wanting those skills, chatrooms, and our steempower as weapon/magic upgrades. I'm having more fun here than on a good number of PC games I've played x3

Yes, the same for me. I used to play WoW for years and this is all very familiar. :)

That's really cool

Hola @flauwy, ich habe gerade 0.5 SBD bezahlt und einen upvote für 0.49 $ bekommen :/

Nice. I'm a LoL player, games take lots of time to learn c;

Hmmm might check it out :D

nice

Hey - what is the reason for this change? Curious to know the rationale. I use your service all the time :)

Better value for the users. Due to demand, voting power couldn't be increased, so, the price was decreased.

Cool, thanks for the explanation :)

I think this is the first-ever occurrence of increased demand lowering a price! 🙂

May as well check how much it is now :)

How does one submit the URL for a comment?

First go to your comments page, then click the comment you want the url of an then copy the URL that's in the search box. It should be something like https://steemit.com/bitconnect/@miguelportela/bitconnect-token-is-crashing-is-this-the-beginning-of-the-end-for-their-hard-to-sustain-model#@bloodypizza/re-miguelportela-re-bloodypizza-re-miguelportela-bitconnect-token-is-crashing-is-this-the-beginning-of-the-end-for-their-hard-to-sustain-model-20170825t095222793z . See? Then you just copy that into the memo instead of a regular post URL.

Cool! Thanks!

@randowhale, here is a bug, I sent 0.5 SBD for upvote this post https://steemit.com/photography/@elviento/blue-tanager-gang

Alright, I am gonna do a little test here. Gonna upvote this comment and then a few days later again. Then calculate the difference in the vote's value. Result of first vote @randowhale1 1% = 0.59 cents (from the moment of voting). I also looked for a @randowhale upvote were 1% = 0.46 cents.
randowhale test.png

Alright, almost a week later let's test it out.
(note: almost daily naps were made and current SP volume has just been upgraded)

Currently @randowhale1 1% = 0.46 cents
Currently @randowhale 1% = 0.54 cents

(Test was done to give me some solid observations. And my conclusion is that even with the current daily naps VP is continually getting lower.)
