!Steemit!

I want to start by saying that I have not been on the platform long (only a couple of weeks). However, since I have been here I have put up several posts. I have found that, even though a couple did really well, not all of them did.

There are numerous writers on Steemit that put a lot of time and effort into there posts and do very well. This is because they put the time and effort in to do so. Don't get discouraged if you're just starting and not seeing much result. If you are discouraged then do what I did. I went to the pages of the Whales of Steemit and not all of them were an immediate success. I also noticed that they didn't stop after a couple of low voted posts.

If you want to be successful here on Steemit you have to treat it like a job. It may not be a usual 9 to 5 schedule but I would bet that those who are successful here didn't do it by sitting on there thumbs.

This post is not meant to bash anyone. It is only to let you know that you'll only get out what you put in. Content, content, content. Photos are nice, don't forget those; but also don't be afraid to write what is on your mind. You can't lose if you put forward the effort. Steem On!
