Ingredients
4 servings
350 gram chicken breast fillet
3 cloves garlic puree
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dyestuffs:
1 egg whipped off
Bread crumb
100 grams Wheat flour

Step
30 minutes
Spread chicken breast with fine garlic, pepper and salt

Then steam curleb 10 minutes, lift cold

Once cool enter the chicken into an egg whisk

Then input to wheat flour

Then enter the layer again, last input to the flour pan

Chicken katsu is ready to be fried or stored in a freezer to stock the side of school supplies
