Time to leave again...

So three weeks have flown by and it's that time again already, time to return to Syria for the rest of my deployment.

I didn't really post much while I was home on leave so after taking a bunch of photos today at Curracloe beach in Co.Wexford which is the beach Saving private Ryan was filmed I decided to make a final post before heading out.

Although the scene for the movie was quite grim the beach is actually beautiful under the right conditions.

Today was the last day with my amazing fianceé and our dog bailey and was a great day to end my time at home.

See you all in October when I return home for good...
