Failure
We all have big dreams in our lives. But not all what we aspire to always succeed in accordance with what we want. At least to some degree everyone must have felt like a failure. Our reaction to failure is very influential on the spirit and the way we work afterwards. Consider the following 5 descriptions of failure:
1. Failure is not the end of everything
Not everyone can accept the failure he experienced well. Often people feel discouraged and discouraged. When you fail, you may be disappointed. But the most important thing is managing your emotions in such a way that you can see your failure proportionately and put it in the right perspective. If you are not successful in something you are trying to do, it does not mean that all of your chances are over. Look at the things you've done as well as the things you should have done but you have not done. Evaluate your way, make improvements, and be prepared for opportunities to come.
2. Non-success does not always mean failure
Non-success and failure have different meanings in some respects. If you are unsuccessful in pursuing something, it means that you are merely unsuccessful in that endeavor. That does not mean you are a failure. Do not put a negative stamp on yourself that you are an unlucky, weak, or clever person just because you have not achieved something you want. In fact, your failure today has no effect on your future success, unless you let your negative feelings undermine your passion for success. Make your failure a stepping stone to succeeding in the future.
3. Failure will make you better
One false and potentially fraudulent way is the assumption that you alone are the most powerful and have the ability to achieve your dreams. Because by doing so, you have closed the entire door for feedback from others for the sake of improving the performance and the chances for success.
Failure gives you the opportunity to do introspection, change, and self-improvement. Through failure, you will better understand the meaning and value of determination, persistence, patience, and acceptance. Therefore, when you experience failure, try to see it from the opposite viewpoint. Consider the possibility of a bad influence on your personality, if only you never fail and always succeed in your every pursuit.
4. Time problem
Patience is needed to achieve success. Sometimes it takes longer than you expect. If your goals are not achieved at the time you want, that does not mean that you will never achieve them, provided you stay in the right direction with all the effort you put into achieving them. Failure in one field does not close your chances to succeed in other fields. 'Failure is a delayed success' is a hopeful expression for those who have never lost their fighting power to achieve their big dreams.
5. Failure and destiny
When you experience failure, be careful that you do not rush to conclude it as your life's destiny. The assumption that everything in your life has been outlined will undermine the importance of endeavor. Such an absolute sense of destiny will negate your personal authority and responsibility for your own life. Remember that you have been endowed with various abilities, minds, and wisdom for your use as a mandate in fighting for your life on this earth.
