Ingredients
800 grams
Material A:
250 grams of minced chicken meat
4 large cloves of garlic, fine grated / chopped
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 egg yolks
1 teaspoon powder broth
1 teaspoon pepper powder
Material B:
50 grams of wheat flour
10 gram tapioca flour
120 grams / 1 carrot, grated with grated cheese
1 stalk of finely sliced leek
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated cheese
Material C:
50 grams of wheat flour
1 egg whites
100 ml of water
Salt taste
200 grams of panir flour
Step
Blend ingredients A then mix with material B, mix well, taste first taste savory salty
Then pour into a baking sheet smeared with cooking oil (I use a heat-resistant plastic container), stirring several times so as not to hollow, then steam until ripe for about 20 minutes, do not forget to cover the coated cloth so the water vapor does not drip
After cold cut the nuggets with a plastic coated knife so that the pieces are neat
Dissolve the flour, egg whites, water, salt, dip nuggets and roll into panir flour, can be directly fried or stored in the freezer
