RE: Get Paid For Your Comments 💰 🤑

in #steemit7 years ago

note the initial step in this strategy is SPAMMING comments... and this isn't a bad idea...?

Sort:

Well yeah I agree this could be made better. Maybe have people comment something about them themselves. But I think it's all in good intentions though.

You get what you give! I like the creative ways people come up with to help distribute the steem rewards. It may be spammy, but I'm sick of "whales" getting $1000 for posting one paragraph and a stock photo. Cryptoanarchy, baby!

Did Steemit tolerate a post like this? Spamming is not a good idea anyways so why someone will do it that way?

Well... Hmmm... Steemit does not have moderators in the traditional sense of the word. Of course there might eventually be an update on the blockchain that somehow controls this type of behavior sometime.

And at least the bots on here TELL you it's a bot, they don't try to decieve people and fuck with folks heads as a social experiment.

Spammers and bots are on other social media platforms more than you would realize. And I'm not talking about the ones that are a dead giveaway. A lot of people will sit there, debate, argue with and curse out an AI profile and not even realize they're just arguing with a script that just regurgitates the same talking points in different ways and then reboots itself after it starts to namecall. People literally think they're interacting with other PEOPLE on social media all the time and they do it for FREE. At least this way you get paid and you're not wasting your energy talking to an AI.

The more you comment and vote takes up your bandwidth and you wont be able to do anything for a while if you use it all.

Or something like that. I don't really know.

it's the best way to get muted, i guess ;) hopefully

On the other hand, if we just keep stuff on this post it should be nobody's business. Its not like we are spamming links or something on some random Steemit post without any permission. In this post we are allowed to do this. I guess.
