You are right. Hard work pays and also, along with communities. But there are some steemians who are working but get no reward or recognition for it.
I hope one day, they will get what they deserve.
I have to work more for me to have more success on steemit too :). I actually appreciate all who added to my success on steemit but I still have a long way to go. My knid of niche don't get more supporters but i have receive more than expected.
