How to solve GP sim card network error problem and set the setting

I am writing now a new problem in android samsung phone .It is network error problem.you can easily solve this problem.If you follow my rules ,you can solve this problem.Please follow my rules ...
1.Go to your mobile setting and go to <mobile networks

2.then go to <access point name
3.png
3.then go to <ADD and then type to see my picture ..2.png

5.png![6.png]

()![8.png]

()
So follow my rules and solve gp sim internet setting.Thanks all.
